a stroll at Stockholm

Last September 3-6, I was in Stockholm to make a poster presentation at Sweden-Japan Joint Environment Colloquium on "Sustainability of Natural Environment".

Two whole days were spent on: attending the colloquium itself, visiting Hammarby Sjostad, visiting the Royal Institute of technology and making a short presentation at EcoSanRes division of Stockholm Environment Institute. I had only one night and one morning to check what's on the area. On both instances, I had a stroll at Stockholm's OLD TOWN. I've seen the night view and morning view (right word?) of the place. I also had a walk around the city center. It's just a small part of Stockholm that I saw, but it left a vivid picture on my mind!

SIMPLY AWESOME---that's how I can describe it. It seems that it is one of the places where you'll have a good happy family life, especially staying at Hammarby Sjostad.

Other parts of Sweden must be worth a visit too!
