2) Paris, France

3) Belgium (Brugge, Brussels, Leuven)

4) Perth, Australia

5) Bangkok, Thailand

6) USA (New York, Baltimore, Washington D.C.)

7) Spain (Barcelona, Seville)

8) Coimbatore, India

9) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

10) Stockholm, Sweden

Stop-overs on the following countries, but never been out of the airport:
Singapore, Norway, Netherlands

my next stop would be in China this end of September...

a stroll at Stockholm

Last September 3-6, I was in Stockholm to make a poster presentation at Sweden-Japan Joint Environment Colloquium on "Sustainability of Natural Environment".

Two whole days were spent on: attending the colloquium itself, visiting Hammarby Sjostad, visiting the Royal Institute of technology and making a short presentation at EcoSanRes division of Stockholm Environment Institute. I had only one night and one morning to check what's on the area. On both instances, I had a stroll at Stockholm's OLD TOWN. I've seen the night view and morning view (right word?) of the place. I also had a walk around the city center. It's just a small part of Stockholm that I saw, but it left a vivid picture on my mind!

SIMPLY AWESOME---that's how I can describe it. It seems that it is one of the places where you'll have a good happy family life, especially staying at Hammarby Sjostad.

Other parts of Sweden must be worth a visit too!

on working out...update...

it's been 4 months since my last post and that was on working out..i stopped yoga after several sessions..and rather enjoyed the fresh summer air while jogging (not regular though). in addition to jogging, i am also into tennis now! been dying to do this years ago but just tried this summer. my regular playmates - Nikol (Canada), Ho (Cambodia), Richard (Philippines), Ali (Indonesia). thanks to Ali for teaching us the basics!

making the most out of the rest of the summer and the coming autumn(i hope not that cold to play outdoor)!

but i never really lost weight despite of these..hehehe..anyways, who cares about loosing weight! all i want is to enjoy...

on working out? :D

whew! today Nikol invited me to go with her to her yoga session! one and a half hour! it was soooo great! I have never done this before..and never experienced the "ga-butil na pawis" even with jogging. it seems that all the muscles in my body have been stretched out and have been reaaalllyyyy worked out. definitely I'll be going back in there! just need to check on my schedule...

And yes, you read it right! I've been into jogging lately. Since April 26, had it for 4 times already, hmmm, fair enough? Maybe...for someone like me who haven't done jogging since birth! hehehe.

Why into such activities? not to lose weight of course because it has been proven that I could just easily gain and lose weight in a short time (at least to my own standards...hehehe) Let me figure out how I could put it into words... ;)

our princess!

Princess is the youngest in the family. She never failed to amuse us with her ever-active child-like actions imitating Aiza Seguerra back then. Maybe that`s why she was named Aizobelle (her real name) because of Aiza. She was really smart even at a young age. Teachers would always comment that she is the best among the rest of the family! Well, she seems to live up to that expectation! Now, our dear Princess just finished college! with flying colors! CONGRATULATIONS! Be one of the best statisticians in the world sis! God bless you more...
